About the Schools

The Anoka-Hennepin School District is one of the largest in Minnesota, providing students from 13 communities and over 172 square miles with substantial opportunities and resources. This established school system, and award-winning community education program, strives for excellence and provides a safe and respectful life-long learning environment for all students. Mill Pond is located within walking distance from one of Anoka-Hennepin’s newest schools, Sunrise Elementary, which opened its doors in September 2019!
